The PS25L23O is designed to meet the highest level of visibility with an ANSI class 3 compliance and a style that will keep you safe and also be functional.  These hi-vis contrast color with black front panel and cuffs to aid in hiding the dirt and wear for a cleaner look and more time in between washes. Utilizing 2″ silver reflective tape in dual bands on the arms and around the chest so you are seen from every angle.
